Tata Elxsi opens Development Center in Pune
Centre to focus upon technologies in the networking and telecom space
Tata Elxsi today announced the setting up of its development centre in Pune, its first in Pune and the fourth worldwide. . The center, located in Kolte Patel IT Park, was formally inaugurated by Mr. Prakash S, Technology Group Head for Networking & Communications, Tata Elxsi Limited and Mr. Nitin Pai, Head of Marketing for Product Design Services, Tata Elxsi Limited.
The new Pune center will be a “Center of Excellence” on the lines of the company’s existing global design and development centers in Bangalore, Chennai & Thiruvananthapuram and will assist customers worldwide for product design and development for Network Telecom & Embedded technologies.
The Center has been set up with full-fledged infrastructure and initial capacity of 100 engineers, targeted for staffing over the next 6-8 months as part of the Phase 1 ramp-up plans.
