Faizullabhoy is a Senior Solicitor-cum-Advocate, a Notary Public and a Senior Partner of Messrs. Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, a leading law firm.

His main field of practice is Corporate Law, encompassing formation of Corporation onwards and various connected work e.g. setting up Joint Ventures, amalgamation, financial documents for domestic and foreign finance etc., apart from practice relating to Commercial and Financial matters and documentation. He has advised Indian and Foreign Multinational Companies, and has been a Director of various public and private companies. He passed the Bar Council Examination in 1958 qualifying for practice as an Advocate standing first and securing the Sir Setalvad Prize, and thereafter passed the Law Society examination (qualifying to practice as a Solicitor / Attorney-at-Law) standing second and also qualified as an U. K.Solicitor. He hass presented papers at Seminars and International Law conferences mainly on Cross Border Investments in India by International Entities.
