Janauary 25, 2005 - The board of Tata Elxsi Ltd has approved the resolution of January 15, 2005, appointing Madhukar Dev as the managing director of the company for a period of three years from January 16, 2005. Mr Dev was earlier appointed as an executive director and designated as chief executive officer on January 16, 2002, for a period of three years.
