SMS Implementation: SMS is an open-architecture, standards-based software tool. Service providers can use it to deploy, provision, account for, and maintain all IP services, including VPNs. It is a fault-tolerant platform for critical, non-stop service environments.

NMS Implementation: NMS is a platform independent network manager capable of configuring Telecom's network elements.

OSS Implementation: Implemented various kinds of Operation Support Systems in multiple platforms that include HP, Sun, and Windows for various customers over the last few years. Experience in building NMS application (implementation of FCAPS for IP network), Order Management system and Billing interfaces

Network Management Agent Implementation: Both SNMP and CORBA agent implementation done.

Operating System Support: Build Management & defect handling

Routing/MPLS Activities: Routing Core sustenance & Test Automation

Layer-2 Activities: Enhancement to Frame Relay, Design and Development of signaling stack for ATM, ISDN, Frame Relay etc.

IP Forwarding: Adding management support to the IP Forwarding component Design and Development of a complete TCP/IP stack as a flexible, OS-independent component over the Tata Elxsi component Architecture (TCA).
