Our customer is an entrenched player in the integrated telematics segment.
Our customer knew it would be advantageous to migrate to a cost-effective and convergent telematics service architecture (TSA). Interacting with numerous networked devices, the TSA would execute and control various telematics applications. It would engage users and respond to user-requests. Pulling together telematics service components – such as gateways, Bluetooth connectivity, body control and multimedia – the TSA would realize diverse telematics services.
The task of architecting the TSA was entrusted with our expert team. The TSA proposed and architected by the team provided APIs supporting:
In-vehicle network interface |
External world connectivity |
Graphical interface (HMI) |
The TSA and the telematics services wrapping around it enabled our customer to extend value-added telematics services to users.
