Task was to implement software for the Body Control Module of a Heavy Commercial Vehicle.
Tata Elxsi's expertise in embedded system domain helped our client to serve their customers with new product developed in optimal time and resources. The Software supports variants with different amount of functionality, according to the model, ECU and equipment.

The Body Control Module is the primary module in the vehicle’s electrical system. The Module provides power distribution and circuit protection to other units in the vehicle, monitors sensors and switches and drives output loads by means of FETs’ or switched relay loads. Software is developed for OSEK operating system on NEC V850 micro controller.
For the application features and lower layers in the architecture following tasks has been performed.
