Details of unclaimed dividends

As per the IEPF Rules, shares on which dividend has been unclaimed for seven consecutive years will be transferred to IEPF. The shareholders are therefore, requested to claim the unpaid/unclaimed amount(s) immediately. In case the dividend amounts remain unclaimed , the Company would initiate necessary action for transfer of shares to the IEPF without any further notice.
