Business Analyst – GenAI Solutions

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI technologies.
• Elicit and document requirements related to AI-driven business solutions.
• Gather, review and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Liaise between various business departments and groups.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
• Consult with customer business leadership to identify opportunities for GenAI deployment.
• Craft business opportunities for Tata Elxsi services and product engagement through value proposition consultation, service offering o Face of business conversations with customer and industry in the area of GenAI
• Analyse and assess the feasibility of implementing AI solutions for specific business challenges.
• Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas where AI can provide enhancements.
• Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to understand available data sources and data quality.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including AI solution specifications, data requirements, and model documentation.
• Communicate AI concepts and solutions to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting for AI initiatives.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of AI projects. Address ethical considerations related to AI, such as bias and fairness.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure responsible AI practices are followed.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI/GenAI technologies and their applications. 
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in AI-driven business processes

Key Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 12 to 15 years relevant software technologies domain exposure with 5 to 10 years as Business analyst in Engineering Design Services business domain
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
• Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
• Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using AI tools, platforms, and languages.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI and responsible AI practices

Additional Notes

• MBA from reputed institutions preferred.
• Business Analyst or AI/GenAI tools Certification is plus but not mandatory
