We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions that encompass applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure
• Ensure that solutions align with the organization's strategic goals, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, frameworks, and platforms that best meet the organization's needs, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, business analysts, and other architects, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, including system architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with solution implementations
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Introduce innovative solutions to drive efficiency and competitiveness
• Establish and enforce architectural governance processes to ensure consistency and quality across projects
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the technical skills of team members.

Key Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology
• Minimum 10 to 15 years relevant software technologies domain exposure with 5 to 10 years as Enterprise Solution Architect in Engineering Design Services business domain.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience in working in dynamic environment, working with customers, understanding and decoding business problems into solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading the design and implementation of complex technology solutions
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level architecture principles and practices.
• Expertise in designing solutions using a variety of technologies, including but not limited to cloud computing, databases, middleware, and application development frameworks.
• Hands on experience in AI/ML, GenAI and data science technologies, application and building solutions using the technology (Mandatory)
• Hands on expertise in Full stack, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure), MEAN stack, Micro services, Cloud architecture (certification mandatory) in Media& Communication, Healthcare, Automotive added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. § Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
