LTE System Test Engineer

- Fundamental understanding of the wireless network and RAN technology
- Hands-on working experience with next-generation wireless technology (LTE/5G), 5G NSA/SA, and WiFi technologies in lab and production environments
- In-depth understanding of the cellular network architecture device, network and service provisioning and activation
- Work with cloud infrastructure for virtualized and cloud native network functions
- Work with various commercial and pre-commercial user equipment.
- Experience with testing tools: wireshark, network emulators (Keysight), SIM capture (Comprion)
- Good understanding of all components involved in an end-to-end cellular network.
- Basic understanding of SIM profiles and SIM management functions, for both physical SIMs and eSIMs
- Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions and their framework.
- Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for project workstreams
- Develop design documents
- Familiarity with technical specifications, and a facility to work with specifications to explore wireless technology and to troubleshoot issues
- Assess vendor capabilities/test strategies.
- Upgrade network hardware and software components as required
- Explore novel approaches to system integration with existing networking technologies.
- Work with Engineering teams to define detailed Engineering requirements and system-level design, as well as providing architectural expertise and guidance
- Work with cross functional teams (network, cloud, software, compute) and develop technical activities for customer trials and deployments
