Python Test Automation Lead
Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who can :
- Dynamically lead and groom a team of Python automation testers
- Interact and handle the clients effectively
- Participate in scripting, work with the test architect on automation framework enhancements, script reviews and take proactive & effective measures to monitor and control the general productivity & direction of the team to deliver with high quality
- Take ownership and manage risks & changes effectively on a daily basis
Necessary skills :
- 10+ yrs experience in Test Automation using Selenium Webdriver or similar tools
- Must have experience in implementing test automation frameworks from scratch
- Must have good amount of experience with scripting in Python language
- Must have experience in Behavior driven development frameworks like Behave,Cucumber, Jasmine etc.
- Must have experience working with SCM technology like Git/ SVN
- Must have experience in leading and driving a team size of 6-10 members
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Should be a quick learner who is highly flexible and adaptable to changes
- Should have experience with unit testing frameworks most preferably PyTest
- Should have CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins
Good to have :
- Experience in healthcare domain working with embedded systems
- Any amount of experience or exposure to Squish tool for QT automation

Qualification - B. Tech/ M. Tech/Ph. D in relevant areas
