Sales Manager- Automotive
Tata Elxsi works with leading OEMs and suppliers in the automotive and transportation industries for R&D, design and product engineering services, right from architecture to launch and beyond. We bring together technologies that accelerate development & testing of connected, autonomous and electric cars & off-highway vehicles.
We are looking for excellent Sales Managers for our transportation domain.
Responsibilities:
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior & mid-management levels
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends in the automotive area.
- Understand & effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process, and current partnerships
- Forecast & set annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Analyse pipeline & lead data, deliver periodic report key business insights to sales and marketing (Typical reporting covers Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age)
- Maintain sales volume, product mix & selling price by keeping current with supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
