Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Agile practices and coach teams to adopt and refine Agile ways of working.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Manage delivery of network engineering or IP connectivity projects.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for Agile rituals, backlog management, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress through burndown charts, velocity, and other delivery metrics.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams, resolving conflicts and building alignment.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
• Negotiate priorities and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in Agile delivery within technical or engineering projects.
• Hands-on experience managing network engineering/IP connectivity projects.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Pragmatic and results-oriented approach with a focus on quality delivery.
