Key Responsibilities:

• 3- 6 years of experience working as a Scrum Master. 
• Hands-on experience working in AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive Platform projects. 
• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, RTE, ECU development workflows. Experience tracking project progress using tools such as:  Jira / VersionOne / Azure DevOps Confluence, Git, Jenkins   
• Good understanding of automotive standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, CAN, LIN, UDS, Diagnostics workflows. 
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and team coordination skills. 
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred.   
• Exposure to continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab). Understanding of model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink). 
• Familiarity with OEM-specific processes (VW, BMW, Stellantis, Renault, etc.). 
• Experience working with global distributed teams.
