We are seeking an experienced AWS Architect with strong application migration expertise to lead cloud transformation initiatives for global enterprises. This role is pivotal in enabling secure, scalable, and cost-optimized AWS adoption.

Responsibility:

• Lead and execute end-to-end application migration projects to AWS for enterprise clients.
• Assess existing application landscapes and define tailored migration strategies.
• Implement best practices aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework across all five pillars:

  • Operational Excellence
  • Cost Optimization
• Design secure and compliant cloud architectures adhering to regulatory and industry standards.
• Drive automation-led delivery to enable faster and more efficient deployment cycles.
• Enhance application reliability and reduce infrastructure costs through optimized cloud solutions.
• Align cloud adoption strategies with Tata Elxsi’s standards for engineering excellence and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cloud transformation and customer satisfaction.
  

Primary Skills:

• Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda)
• Proficiency in migration strategies: rehosting, re-platforming, refactoring, etc.
• Experience with AWS Migration Hub, SMS, DMS, and Snow Family
• VMware and private cloud migration expertise
• Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts and AWS security best practices
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on AWS experience

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
• Performance and cost optimization on AWS
• Disaster recovery planning and implementation
• Operational transformation using cloud-native tools
• AWS certifications (preferred)
