Key Responsibilities:

• Translate customer needs and market trends into technical specifications for body system features.
• Participate in discussions with OEMs to align and finalize system requirements.
• Oversee the development and validation of Body Control Modules (BCMs).
• Collaborate with engineering, software, vehicle integration, and manufacturing teams to ensure system-level performance and quality.

Required Skill Set:

• In-depth knowledge of body systems including central locking, anti-theft systems, power windows, lighting, and comfort/convenience features.
• Expertise in the architecture and integration of Body Control Modules (BCMs).
• Experience in modeling, simulation, and validation of body systems using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
• Familiarity with system-level testing including HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), and vehicle-level validation.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and cybersecurity standards applicable to chassis/body systems.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, and testing teams across global locations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, especially in requirement management and technical reporting.
