We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill various roles as Development Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Model Development & Integration: Design, develop, and maintain plant models using MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape, and Stateflow for SIL, HIL, and XIL platforms, ensuring accurate system representation and seamless integration with application software. 
• Electrothermal Modelling & Validation: Develop and validate 1D electrothermal models using physical test data to support thermal performance analysis of EV components. 
• Test Automation & Framework Development: Develop automated test cases and scripts using MATLAB (M scripting) for unit-level and system-level validation to improve testing efficiency. 
• Control Logic Development: Design and implement control logic for EV application software components, including DC charging functionalities, using a Model-Based Development approach. 
• Virtual Validation Infrastructure Development: Lead the development and deployment of SIL virtual test infrastructure to enable closed-loop simulation and early-stage validation of software components. 
• Verification & Validation Execution: Perform MIL, SIL, and HIL testing to validate application software, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and functional compliance across all development stages. 
• Agile Development & Delivery: Contribute to Agile development processes, supporting iterative development, continuous integration, and timely delivery of model and validation enhancements. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering. 
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape, and Stateflow for modelling and simulation. 
• Experience in plant modelling, control logic development, and electrothermal system modelling. 
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Model-Based Development, including control logic implementation, model quality assurance, and code generation. 
• Knowledge of verification and validation methodologies, including MIL, SIL, and HIL testing. 
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system integration capabilities.
