Key Responsibilities:

• Define measurement systems, locator strategies, and tolerance specifications for BiW components and exterior trims.
• Ensure robustness of measurement systems from part fabrication to complete BiW.
• Analyze functional requirements and create measurement strategies for module fitment.
• Align tolerance concepts with stakeholders and perform 1D, 2D, or 3D tolerance stack-up studies to mitigate production risks.
• Execute tolerance simulation in 3DCS to validate manufacturing robustness.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of project outputs.
• Create and implement Gap & Flush plans to achieve visual and perceived quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and provide solutions.
• Develop sub-module and closures integration concepts to meet production planning requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with 3D tolerance simulation tools (preferably 3DCS).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and perceived quality.
• Understanding of Body in White manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Familiarity with various measurement systems and inspection methods.
• Working proficiency in NX CAD.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
