We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our MCVA team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing client relationships, supporting project delivery, and identifying new business opportunities within the Media & Communications domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and maintain strong engagement with stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities aligned with customer roadmaps and contribute to proposals and revenue growth.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the Media & Communications sector.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth execution.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
• Good understanding of media technologies, telecom platforms, and industry processes.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to identify challenges early and resolve complex project issues effectively.
• Proven ability to lead teams, guide delivery, and ensure project success.
• Familiarity with media platforms, cloud technologies, or digital media solutions.
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications are an added advantage.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational policies and client regulations.
• Work closely with Risk Management, Operations, and QA teams to support reviews and corrective actions.
• Develop assessment frameworks to monitor and improve digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project budgets and funding channels to ensure optimal productivity.
