GCC Sales Manager

Tata Elxsi is among the world’s leading providers of design and technology services across industries, including automotive, broadcast, communications, healthcare, and transportation. Tata Elxsi works with leading OEMs and suppliers in the automotive and transportation industries for R&D, design, and product engineering services from architecture to launch and beyond.

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional with 12–14 years of experience in selling technology and engineering services to Media, Telecom, Broadcast, and Digital GCCs in India.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12–14 years of experience selling into Media, Telecom, Broadcast, Digital, or GCC organizations in India
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships at mid-management and executive levels
  • Strong understanding of the Media, Telecom, Broadcast, and Digital ecosystem, including market dynamics, customer buying patterns, and competitive landscape
  • Experience in account management with a demonstrated track record of year-on-year revenue growth
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and opportunity creation to contracting and collections

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute strategic account plans with minimal supervision
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customer stakeholders across business, procurement, and executive leadership teams
  • Act as the primary account champion and trusted advisor for key customers
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Own procurement and commercial negotiations
  • Lead large deal pursuits and closures valued at ₹30 Crores and above
  • Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets across assigned territories and solution portfolios
  • Develop compelling value propositions, proposal strategies, and win themes
  • Present business solutions and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders
  • Actively engage senior Tata Elxsi leadership to build long-term strategic customer relationships
  • Advise customers on industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and cross-industry opportunities
  • Manage customer expectations while balancing business objectives and customer success
  • Influence decision-making at executive levels and establish trusted partnerships
  • Apply strong business acumen to solve customer challenges and create compelling business cases that articulate value, risks, and trade-offs
