We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill various roles in our HIL Engineers team. The HIL Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, and upkeep of Hardware in the Loop Simulation (HILS) environments supporting the development and validation of xHEV powertrain functionalities. This role includes executing network updates, feature enhancements on HIL rigs, and ensuring stable, accurate system simulation to enable effective validation activities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain HILS test environments for xHEV systems, including signal simulation, plant model integration, and real time hardware interfacing.
• Implement new feature requests and network updates on HIL rigs in compliance with defined system and software requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve HIL related issues, maintain simulation accuracy, and ensure reliable and repeatable test execution.
• Collaborate with validation teams to provide end to end HIL support.
• Undertake relevant work as required in connection with their job as may be requested

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering 
• Proven experience in Hardware in the Loop (HIL) systems.
• Strong hands on experience with the dSPACE toolchain for HIL setup creation, signal configuration, test execution, and debugging.
• Strong experience using MATLAB/Simulink for model development, simulation, and analysis.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross functional and customer teams.
