We are looking for an experienced HIL Testing Specialist who can own validation cycles end-to-end and bring strong hands-on expertise in automotive testing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the complete lifecycle of 2–3 HiL testing projects 
• Develop and execute test cases for software validation 
• Build and enhance automation frameworks for testing 
• Work on HiL setups like Vector (VT) and dSPACE 
• Perform scripting using CAPL or Python 
• Validate communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet 
• Work on diagnostic protocols like UDS (ISO 14229) 
• Use tools like CANoe, CANape, vTESTstudio, and PROVEtech:TA 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multi-cultural environment 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with configuration management tools like SVN and DOORS 
• Strong understanding of Software Validation cycle (V-Model) 
• Prior experience in the automotive domain 
• Strong debugging and validation mindset 
• Hands-on experience with HiL environments 
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
