We are looking for a dynamic individuals to fill various roles of Lead Engineers responsible for the end to end development, validation, and delivery of Simulink based BEV plant models for MLA BEV programs. The role ensures seamless integration of plant models across virtual and physical test environments, including SIL, HIL, and PIL assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of BEV plant models using Simulink across multiple test platforms (SIL, HIL, PIL).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Stateflow based test routines to verify model accuracy, performance, robustness, and computational efficiency.
• Drive Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) of model assets using Git based workflows and pipelines.
• Develop and integrate automated tests within Git pipelines to establish benchmarking and regression validation for all model updates.
• Collaborate closely with customer teams to ensure alignment of model requirements and delivery targets.
• Support the team in the role of Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, tracking progress, and removing blockers for an eight member team

Required Technical Skills/Tools & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
• Good experience of tools like MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ETAS INCA, MDA, AVL Concerto
• Experience with Git based CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of model based development and BEV plant modelling concepts
