We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong automotive program management and integration experience to drive cross-functional collaboration, software integration planning, and successful delivery of vehicle programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to coordinate complex automotive development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage Programme Direction Letter (PDL) responses, including resource planning, vehicles, parts, facilities, and instrumentation requirements.
• Drive gateway planning, risk management, and change management activities for virtual and physical gateways.
• Coordinate planning and escalation meetings, track critical issues, and develop recovery plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct Motion Software Integration compatibility reviews and define dependency and test strategies.
• Develop and maintain Integration Plans (IP) and schedules for Motion IP Pack releases.
• Align Motion Software release schedules with vehicle program requirements.
• Manage Motion Software pack releases, including integration of test results and release documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support engineering squads and chapters to achieve gateway and program delivery targets.
• Present project status, progress metrics, risks, and recovery plans at program reviews and leadership meetings.
• Support additional program and engineering activities as required.

• Strong knowledge of software integration, release management, and vehicle development processes.

• Ability to drive program execution in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in the automotive domain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customer teams and global stakeholders.
