Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and define key performance indicators and planning rules to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop cost models and optimization strategies.
• Design and maintain capacity and availability models to forecast utilisation and assess optimisation impacts.
• Validate data flows, investigate anomalies, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards to monitor performance, usage, and cost efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Document workflows, data requirements, and system behaviors for transparency and traceability.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights through clear visualisations and reports.
• Continuously identify process improvements and areas for efficiency enhancement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytical, technical, or operations-focused roles involving complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for large dataset validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience using reporting and visualisation tools like Grafana, Apache Superset, or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Telecom or Network Operations, especially in Voice and Messaging architectures.
• Experience in MVNO environments with capacity planning or interconnect routing exposure.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and quality assurance for mobile interconnects.
• Strong understanding of cost-performance optimisation and routing solutions.
• Knowledge of optimisation engines, algorithms, or rule-based decision systems.
