We are looking for bright and passionate Project Managers, proficient in Process and Technology led Project management to join our award-winning Connected Digital Platforms team.

Job Overview:

• Candidates with the following background shall be shortlisted for the selection process: Software development management experience (SDLC and (or) or Agile dev models).
• Experience delegating to 15 and more team members, Experience in managing multiple scrum teams distributed across geolocations.
• Handling the concurrent and overlapped delivery life cycles.
• Ability to understand the technology solutions of the project in a higher-level and collaborate with architect team and client team to ensure delivery commitments.   
• The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, schedule and efforts. 
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP/Safe/Prince2 etc.)

Responsibilities and Duties:

Following the responsibilities and duties of this job: 

• Domain preferred: Automotive(preferred), Telcom/ Networking
• Manage scrum teams of multiple technologies and objectives
• Prepare & Publish the Plan and the Schedule in alignment to the project priorities
• Should be involved as Evangelist in premium projects. 
• Monitor the project progress continuously using scrums meetings and on demand reviews
• Re-evaluate the Schedule based on the need and at slippages in concurrence with all stakes
• Report the periodic progress, completions and delays if any to all stakeholders 
• Evaluate and mitigate the RISKs at various stages of the project execution
• Role expects customer facing interaction and engagement with multiple stakeholder’s / project teams
• Preferably worked on developer background (Java or Python). 
• Ensure adherence to the processes published by internal and client audit teams
• Resolve the dependencies of scrum teams with clients and other scrum teams. 
• Address the issues, and non-conformances reported by QA and internal/external audits 
• Capture various matrices applicable during stages of execution and publish 
• Recognize the above and beyond efforts and challenges of individuals and teams
• Establish smart objectives to engineers and leads aligned at matrices captured in execution
• Give feedback to employees after periodic assessment of performance against objectives 
• Nurture learning of employees in alignment to project technical requirements and demand

Qualifications:

Following are basic qualifications expected from the candidate:

• 12-14 Years of overall IT experience and strong project management experience
• Proven experience in technology lead role delivering large scale systems based on complex integration solutions and Cloud agnostic microservices based applications
• Strong development background in Cloud Technologies, Core Java/Python, SpringBoot, REST-API and MicroServices
• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
• Knowledge about cloud enabled micro services development.
• Self-motivated and ability to groom performing teams.
• Ability to incrementally build the team culture.
• Preferred domain knowledge of IOT, Connected Vehicle and Transportation
• Tools: MS Project, JIRA
• Methodologies: Agile (Safe /Scrum / Kanban), Lifecycle (Process Groups /Knowledge Areas)
• Stakeholder Management (Internal and Customer)
• Risk Management (Planning, Mitigation)
• Estimations and Budget at scale
• Ability to understand Technology landscape and solutions
• Technical Background/TL or Architect Experience is an added plus
• Experience managing complex cloud-based projects leveraging AWS or other CSPs
• Experience working on new proposals and RFPs 
• Good Stakeholder management skills; ability to present the solution to customers, C-level executives
• Experience in KPI/SLA adherent reporting
• AI/GenAI awareness and usage for productivity improvements, workflow definition
• Preferred certifications in project management methods and techniques
