We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the job role of Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of Projects within the Global Device and
• Software Organisation from ideation to launch and post launch.
• You will ensure alignment across workstreams, monitoring progress and providing reports both within the wider team and to senior management up to and including exec level.
• You will be required to maintain the momentum and motivation of your project team to ensure the project meets its targets through all phases. 
• Drive alignment, ways of working and project delivery across all workstreams
• Work with key stakeholders in hardware, design, product, software, compliance and manufacturing team to define schedules and key dependencies
• Align with ODM’S to support development strategy.
• Aligning estimates, design and delivery plans with multiple workstreams covering project areas including but not limited to SW, HW, Product, Manufacturing and the Business Stakeholders. 
• Anticipate, identify and drive resolution of technical challenges and interdependencies to prevent downstream problems

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or relevant experience.
• Experience of delivering electronic consumer products to market.
• Ability to present information and data in a clear & concise manner
• Experience of driving new product development from conception to market launch
• Project management experience 
• Ability to be pro-active in researching and finding resolutions to issues in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent people & communication skills – can work with a diverse range of personalities and cultures maintaining credible with management teams and stakeholders.
• Experience of utilising management influence to drive team members towards project goals
• Understand all aspects of technical project management including HW, SW, budget, resource management and factory planning
• Proven ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders in an effective manner.
