Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions (including LLMs and GenAI)
• Perform feature engineering, data exploration, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for models
• Apply machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Train, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML models using statistical and deep learning methods
• Deploy models to production with robust, scalable architecture
• Monitor model performance, identify drift, and manage retraining processes
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business applications and operational systems
• Mentor junior AI/ML team members
• Maintain documentation for workflows, pipelines, and models
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and LLMs

• Successful deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models
• Improvement in model accuracy, precision, recall, and other relevant metrics
• Reduction in model drift with effective retraining strategies
• Timely and impactful collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Leadership in mentoring and guiding junior team members
• Contributions to innovation in AI/ML technologies within the organization

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong command over AI/ML algorithms, GenAI, and LLM development
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven track record in designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML models
• Strong data handling, wrangling, and preprocessing capabilities
• Ability to independently manage projects end-to-end

Preferred Skills:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Familiarity with automated AI/ML pipelines and CI/CD practices
• Prior experience in Telco, Media, or OTT domain
