Key Responsibilities:

• Support and independently manage strategic projects focused on performance improvement, cost optimization, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation.
• Collaborate in the development and presentation of forecasting models, business metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Contribute to annual planning processes, including goal setting, KPI deployment, budgeting, and business forecasting.
• Support strategic planning initiatives and assist in translating business strategies into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Design and improve scalable processes, tools, and procedures to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions, facilitate workshops, and ensure effective communication throughout project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Track industry, market, and technology trends to derive insights and recommend strategic actions.
• Support branding and positioning initiatives for the business unit through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA (Strategy, Marketing, or Operations specialization preferred) with an Engineering background.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Operations, Business Development, R&D, Services, or related functions within the Automotive or similar domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to support scalable growth initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Strategy, Operations, or Consulting within a high-growth organization.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Understanding industry trends, market analysis, and business performance metrics.
