We are seeking dynamic students/graduates to join our EV battery team. This is an opportunities for students/graduates to work with our experienced EV Battery team and to gain experience in EV program launches and production.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Develop and industrialize manufacturing processes for battery modules and packs 
• Support EV program launches (NPI) and production ramp-ups 
• Define and optimize assembly processes (welding, joining, sealing, TIM application) 
• Drive process improvements in yield, cycle time, and efficiency 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, quality, and suppliers 
• Ensure compliance with quality (IATF 16949) and battery safety standards 
• Contribute to Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing initiatives 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Good knowledge in battery systems / EV manufacturing 
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, PFMEA, APQP 
• Hands-on exposure to automation, assembly, or welding processes 
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement 
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments 

Essential:

• Must be studying/holding degree Automotive / Mechanical Engineering

• A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
