We are seeking a Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of workflow automation, Generative AI, and Agentic AI–driven applications. This role demands strong hands-on understanding of full-stack technologies, enterprise-scale deployments, and secure, scalable architectures.

The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and engineering execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of production-grade automation and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of workflow automation, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions
• Define delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and release schedules
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams
• Lead delivery of full-stack applications (frontend & backend)
• Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available deployments
• Collaborate with architects on system design, performance, and security
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards
• Act as the primary interface with business stakeholders and product owners

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full-Stack: Angular / React / Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3; Node.js, Express.js, NestJS
• API Development: REST, FastAPI, GraphQL, WebSockets, API gateways
• GenAI / Agentic AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex
• CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, GKE
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (compute, storage, networking, managed services)
• Security: OWASP Top 10, OAuth 2.0, JWT, encryption, secure coding, DevSecOps
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB
• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade products
• Strong Agile delivery, planning, and risk management skills
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and multiple releases
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with workflow automation or process optimization platforms
• Agile, PMP, or cloud certifications
