We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill various roles in our STB quality and testing team, functional and regression testing of Set Top Boxes (STB), TVs, gateways, and associated test equipment. The role requires a strong understanding of lab operations, inventory tracking, device readiness, and software/hardware validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the inventory of STBs, gateways, Wi-Fi devices, TVs, and test accessories.
• Track device allocation, utilization, availability, and lifecycle status.
• Support asset audits and ensure inventory data accuracy.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing on STB platforms.
• Validate software releases across multiple STB models and hardware variants.
• Verify customer features
• Identify, reproduce, and report defects using JIRA or equivalent defect-tracking tools.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Support release of certification activities and test report generation.
• Participate in stability, rack, endurance, interoperability, and performance testing.

Skills Required:

• Experience in STB, Broadband, or Connected Device testing.
• Knowledge of Linux and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with RDK
• Understanding of networking concepts:

• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of test management tools and QA processes.
• Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell, or similar) would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools and databases.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across distributed teams and multiple projects.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
