Challenge
The European optical technology and industrial manufacturing leader operated large-scale hiring and recruitment processes across multiple business units and geographies, resulting in high interview volumes, distributed hiringworkflows, and increasing operational complexity. Solution
Tata Elxsi designed and implemented an AI-driven recruitment platform on AWS to automate interview processing, candidate evaluation, and hiring workflows across the recruitment lifecycle. AI-powered capabilities enabled automated interview analysis, scoring, and structured evaluations, significantly reducing manual effort while improving consistency and accuracy in hiring decisions. The platform standardized recruitment processes across business units and geographies, ensuring uniform hiring practices.
The platform leveraged Amazon API Gateway and AWS Lambda to automate interview workflows, candidate evaluations, and recruitment integrations. Amazon EC2 hosted scalable application and analytics services, while Amazon RDS MySQL (Multi-AZ) ensured highly available and centralized candidate data management.
Amazon S3 was used for secure storage of interview recordings, transcripts, and analytics data. Amazon CloudFront and Route 53 enabled low-latency global access to recruitment portals, while AWS WAF protected internet-facing endpoints. Monitoring, governance, and CI/CD automation were enabled through CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS CodePipeline.
Unified dashboards and reporting systems provided real-time visibility into hiring pipelines, recruiter performance, and candidate progress. This enabled faster decision-making, improved transparency, and enhanced recruiter productivity.
