In the use case illustrated above, Fleet operators, can benefit from enhanced video streams, alerts, and uninterrupted service either through subscription/Pay-as-you-go model, enabling the Cabin Monitoring (CMS) service. This enables fleet operators to track driver and passenger emotions, monitor cargo via object detection and geofencing, and ensure uninterrupted service during critical deliveries. Drivers / Fleet Operators not only receive timely alerts of what is happening in the cabin, but when receiving these alerts, the Fleet Operator can quickly subscribe to CMS, enabling them to access the video stream from the Vehicle’s cabin leveraging the Quality on Demand Network API from TETHERAuto. Such mission critical use cases are impossible with public network slice.
