NEURON implements the modular blocks that solve the various customer problems as two layers – Business Intent Automator and Service Intent Automator as illustrated in the diagram.

The Business Intent Automator delivers an intent-driven workflow that can be used to cater to the different use cases arising in managing a network. The Service Intent Automator consists of various engines that implement their respective intent given to it by the Business Intent Automator.

The observability layer depicted in the diagram is intent-driven and can monitor and collect data from any of the engines in the Service Intent Automator. The required ML models can be executed here to arrive at the required functional intelligence to feedback and trigger the appropriate entity in the app store for closed-loop assurance.
